RLY RLY RLY SORE, but DAMN I have so many Rainbow Legacy updates to do. Three more ILU2DEATH's and I'm DONE, and onto the college years of Gen 2.0, which I already have loads of shots ready for. O_O;; I haven't updated this week so I think I might try and slide two updates in over the next two days... Hrrmmmm *strokes imaginary beard*

SO SOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRE..! I've discovered colour-matching when you're broken is HARD mang. *laughs* Also, trying to explain that designs created in RGB aren't always going to translate to CMYK very well is very challenging. One is made of light, one is made of inks. And we can't afford to print 12 pantone spot colours. Its all a learning curve for my business partners though, trial by fire I guess.

I really do prefer the 23cm ones (I think their bodies are Blythe height?) more than the barbie sized ones. They unleash my lolita-complex >///>;;;

don't do it! be strong! wouldn't it be sad if the repo ppl had to come and repossess your dorries?? their poor stricken faces watching you, helplessly inanimate, as they're carried out to the van..

and lol on the color front.. i think the only way to explain the light-to-ink difference is to show people the results. but i warn you, don't you think it's possible that there's a whole lot of people in the world who can't see the difference between "close enough" and "perfect"? (hint: probably the same people that can't ever understand kerning rage. :)

Yeah dude, you don't understand, its not that its 'close enough' its that its even close. Thats the bit they don't get, that its not 'obviously' exactly the same.

Can you see the difference between modem and modern? No? You must be using MS Times New Roman.

I've had that RGB v CMYK talk about a bagzilion times and it doesn't get any less painful. XD

What's the job? Can you do a digital print?

Requires me to crawl around and plug my lappy into Bec's printer which I'm not even sure has colour ink in it. Since even sitting up atm is like, HELL (I was going totally crazy today sitting at the kitchen table trying to coloure match AGAIN) I'm really not prepped to do that.

I colour matched again from a printers colour chart and got almost the same colours as I sent through the first time so I'm thinking I WAS right the first time anyway. I'll have visual proof this time around though so that's all good.
